BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A confirmation text will be sent to you prior to your appointment, to allow you enough time to notify us of changes to your appointment. We ask that you reply YES to confirm or call us immediately to reschedule. We will attempt to contact you if you have not confirmed and If we cannot reach you, we may regrettably be forced to cancel your appointment without notice.
A booking deposit may be required to secure your appointment, a link will be sent via text prior to your appointment. Any appointment without providing payment details within 48 hours of scheduled appointment will be forfeited. A cancellation fee of 50% of your total booking is required per appointment for late cancellation ( less than 24 hours notice*). Appointments that are no showed/unattended will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
Academie Salon will be following guidelines in place from NSW health to make visiting the salon as safe as possible fo clients and our team.

* Please note, Academie Salon reserves the right to cancel any appointment at any time without notice, This includes showing signs of illness including high temperature.
*Fees and/or permanent ban for future appointments to no show appointments and cancellations without 24hrs notice.
